But Ondrej Dostal, from the Platform of health insurance payers, noted that it is not so easy to say why people visit a doctor.

Deputy Health Minister Vladimir Pavelka said under the communist regime people had to visit a doctor in many situations - to get a certification when child was sick and did not go to school one day and practically no medicines were sold without prescription.
